Terms and conditions
- The offer is open to new business customers (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB) who currently use Datadog, Dynatrace or New Relic in production.
- Eligibility is proven with a current invoice or contract excerpt from the existing provider. Price details may be redacted.
- Applications must be received by March 31, 2027. The Obseria contract must be concluded within 60 days of the eligibility confirmation.
- The bonus requires a paid Obseria subscription with a minimum term of 12 months. Billing remains usage-based according to the current price list.
- The bonus is a credit equal to the usage-based fees of the first three billing months after the contract starts, capped at USD 25,000 in total. It is offset against invoices and cannot be paid out, transferred or carried over.
- Migration help comprises up to 10 hours of remote support by Obseria engineers within the first 90 days. Additional services can be booked separately.
- The bonus is granted once per company or group of companies and cannot be combined with other promotions, such as the startup program.
- There is no legal entitlement to the bonus. Obseria may end the program early for new applications; confirmed bonuses remain valid.
- In addition, the Obseria Terms of Use apply. In case of contradictions, these conditions take precedence for the bonus.
