How it works

From signal to answer in three steps

  1. Step 1

    Add the snippet or SDK

A lightweight JavaScript snippet or native mobile SDK captures sessions, with consent and masking built in.

  2. Step 2

    See every journey

Core Web Vitals, errors, replays and synthetic checks show how real users experience each page and app screen.

  3. Step 3

    Connect to the backend

Each user action links to backend traces and business KPIs, so you fix what costs conversion first.

Digital Experience FAQ

Digital experience monitoring (DEM) measures how users actually experience digital applications: load times, interactions, errors and availability, from the perspective of real users (RUM) and synthetic tests.

Yes. Input, text and images are masked on the client by default. Data is stored in the EU, retention and consent management are configurable.

Via a lightweight JavaScript snippet or automatically through the Obseria Agent. Mobile apps use native SDKs. Configuration is central, without code changes per page.

The snippet is under 20 KB, loads asynchronously and has no measurable impact on Core Web Vitals.
